Frequently Asked Questions

To help you navigate the planning, selection, and construction processes more clearly and efficiently, we've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions from our customers. From product performance and installation procedures to material specifications and after-sales service, you can quickly find the key answers here.

TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE

A: The defining feature of our system is the minimal central interlock (the vertical bar where panels meet). It measures just 20mm. This creates a virtually uninterrupted panoramic view, erasing the visual boundary between indoors and outdoors.

Flexible customization

A: Yes. The system is engineered for a "fully concealed" installation. The head, jambs, and bottom tracks can be embedded entirely into the building envelope, leaving only the 20mm central line visible. This creates the signature "floating glass" effect.

A: Yes. We offer a floating corner solution free of any fixed structural post. When the doors are retracted, the corner opens completely, creating a seamless, uninterrupted flow between your living space and the terrace.

A: Yes. We offer single, double, or triple rail configurations, including pocket solutions where the glass panels disappear completely into a wall cavity, providing 100% opening width.

DESIGN & AESTHETICS

A: Absolutely. We specialize in flush-track installations, allowing your indoor flooring to flow seamlessly to the exterior without tripping hazards. We utilize a specialized, concealed stainless steel drainage tank to ensure water flows away efficiently, making it a safe solution even for coastal environments when properly detailed.

A: Minimal design does not require compromised performance. Our system utilizes multi-stage sealing gaskets and concealed drainage channels. It has been rigorously tested to European (EN), American (ASTM), and Australian (AS 2047) standards for water tightness, air permeability, and structural wind load resistance.

A: Yes. The aluminum profiles feature a high-performance thermal break structure. When combined with Low-E double or triple tempered glass, the system ensures excellent thermal retention, preventing heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer.

A: Our key product lines are engineered and tested in accordance with strict international standards. While specific certifications vary by system configuration, our engineering team ensures that every unit is built to meet the structural and weather performance requirements of your specific project location.

OPERATION & KINETICS

A: We build for monumental scale. A single sliding panel can reach up to 24m². Within this limit, we can engineer heights up to 9 meters or widths up to 6 meters. Even at weights of up to 800 kg, the sash remains stable and easy to move.

A: Not at all. The system is engineered for weightlessness. It features a patented 3-wheel design (positioning wheels + load-bearing rollers) that distributes weight evenly. Unlike standard doors that friction-drag, our anti-derailment design guarantees a feather-light gliding motion, even for the heaviest panels.

A: Yes. For the ultimate luxury experience, we offer two drive systems:

  • Belt Drive: A robust, time-tested solution for heavy usage.
  • Maglev (Magnetic Levitation): Our advanced option utilizing magnetic fields for a frictionless, whisper-quiet glide that feels incredibly "silky." Both systems are fully concealed within the top track and are designed to be compatible with most smart home automation systems.
